Three smoked malts are offered by Briess for your craft distilling creativity. Use one or a combination of several to develop a signature flavor in your whiskey or other spirits. Briess smoked malts are packaged in 50-lb, foil-lined bags. All are made in the U.S.A.

Smoked Malt, Cherry Wood

Pronounced smoke, subtle fruity, malty sweet, smooth, clean

This smoked malt is produced using cherry wood. It is a unique, enzyme-active specialty malt with a blend of pronounced smoke and subtle fruity flavor with malty sweetness that is surprisingly smooth and clean.
